Your real fee picture
Split, cap, desk or technology charges, franchise fees, transaction costs and what you buy separately.
Bring the fee that bothers you, the support gap you keep covering or the part of cloud brokerage you do not trust yet. If you are weighing the brokerage decision itself, Anna is the conversation. If the question is technology, migration, process or implementation, Owen has a separate free working session below.
A few accurate details are more useful than a perfect introduction.
Owen Ramirez works across real estate consultancy, communications strategy, sales systems and technology implementation. His free 30–60 minute sessions are for the questions around how a move works: CRM and database migration, websites, lead routing, automations, marketing, process, costs, hand-offs, admin burden and what your day-to-day setup could look like after a switch.
Bring the fears, the nitty-gritty, the basic questions and the silly ones. If you want to ask “what will changing over actually look like?” or “what happens to all my stuff?” without sitting through a pitch, this is exactly what the session is for.
You do not need a polished brief. “I do not understand what happens to my stuff” is a completely valid starting point. So is “this might be a stupid question.” It probably is not.

She can help identify questions, but she is not your lawyer. Contract interpretation and legal rights belong with qualified legal counsel.
She can explain current public information and help obtain the appropriate written Canadian schedule. Eligibility and program-specific terms must be confirmed officially.
Anna treats exploratory conversations discreetly. Do not share information you are not permitted to disclose, and do not expect her to participate in concealing legal or regulatory obligations.
Then the useful outcome is knowing why. A good comparison can strengthen the decision to stay, negotiate improvements or look at another model entirely.
